Dear Manmeet Singh Bhullar Families,
1. Highlights of the Week:
What fantastic weather we've been having this week! Great for students to enjoy fresh air at recess time.
Our Grade 4 classes had a walking fieldtrip to The Saddletowne Library in the Genesis Center. Calgary’s Public Libraries value:
Equity: is a necessary condition for all members of our community to reach their full potential. Equity in opportunities, resources, and treatment will lead to dignity and belonging for all.
Curiosity: A commitment to learning is rooted in curiosity. We seek to learn and understand, to challenge assumptions, and hear new voices to propel creativity and innovation so that we can better serve our community.
All Grade 4 students now have their Library cards and can open the doors to many more adventures and possibilities.
While students are very eager to engage in playing on our playground as well as engage in sports: we are being mindful of our Playground Rules and Citizenship Expectations:

A Magical Message from the Book Fairy ✨
What makes a book your favorite? Do you have one?
What is it about that special book that makes it shine in your heart?
I’d love to know! Please write me a tiny note and tell me all about your favorite book. Be sure to include your first name, classroom number, and your answers to my favorite book questions.
You’ll find a special basket in the Library where you can place your letters. I’ll be reading them all and writing back next week!
With fairy dust and stories,
The Book Fairy
Warm regards,
