Dear Manmeet Singh Bhullar Families,

1. Highlights of the Week:

Where did this chilly wind come from? Hopefully it will blow away and all our families celebrating Baisakhi and Easter this weekend, as well as the community at large can enjoy this upcoming long weekend.

This week Ms. Wood’s class engaged in their first class debate. We can’t wait to hear about their Bill to help support our safe play on our school playground.

Mrs. Ness and Mrs. Miller have initiated a volunteer Peer Leadership group for Grade 5/6 Students who are interested. Thank you to the students who returned their forms this week. There will be a meeting next week to go through roles, responsibilities, and leadership strategies.

 2. Upcoming Events:

  • April 18, 2025  Good Friday - No School
  • April 21, 2025  Non-Instructional Day – No School

Fashion Alert! 🧢👟💧

MSB Community
Some stylish students continue to leave behind their rocking running shoes, runway ready shirts, jackets and a few pants and the essential accessories water bottles!

The Lost and Found is bursting with fashion statements waiting to be reclaimed. Please remind your child to stop by and retrieve their runway-ready items soon before they out grow them!

Stay fabulous,

“Franc”

A Magical Message from the Book Fairy ✨

Is there a storybook character you wish you could be?
Do you day dream about going to some far away land!

I’d love to know! Please write me a tiny note and tell me all about your favorite book. Be sure to include your first name, classroom number, and your answers to my favorite book questions.

You’ll find a special basket in the Library where you can place your letters. I’ll be reading them all and writing back next week!

With fairy dust and stories,
The Book Fairy

Warm regards,
Cheryl Zelmer and Rahimay Ness
